A little bit about me
If you are looking for a hands-on supervisor who cares about you both as a person and a therapist, we might be a great match. I am more of a “high-touch” supervisor, I typically offer lots of resources and guidance, constructive feedback, and support for therapists from all backgrounds and experiences, especially those from equity-deserving communities.
Virtual (Zoom) supervision for:
LMFT Associates in Texas (Texas)
LPC Associates in Texas (Texas)
AAMFT-Approved Supervisor Candidates (nationwide-US)
My supervision philosophy
Are you in search of a supervisor you can trust to hold you accountable? One that will mentor you taking into account all your hard work, sacrifice, and energy you have invested into becoming a mental health professional? Maybe you are looking for a supervisor who can gently but consistently help push you "past your growth edges".
The systemic models I mostly lean on are:
- Trauma-informed intergenerational theories
- Trust-based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
- Family constellation work
- Expressive arts
- Solution-focused
- Mental Research Institute (MRI)
- Structural
- Strategic
- EMDR
- TF-CBT

I pride myself on seeing my supervisees as people first within the context of their communities. I work with you on acknowledging and transforming family-of-origin patterns, strengths, and potential, as well as on enhancing your professional network and support system.
If you are (a) interested in learning more about systems theory and relational approaches and/or (b) you are looking for a more "high-touch" supervisor, someone who will invest time in building a relationship with you as both a human and a clinician, we could be a great fit.
From start to finish, I offer lots of resources (guidance about navigating work dynamics, mentoring, marketing, continuing education) and I help build up my supervisees' confidence, helping them learn to market and promote their skillset.
